- This letter is only relevant if there is no recognised trade union or existing employee representative body in relation to any of the employees affected by the transfer (for the Transferor this includes the transferring employees and also those employees who will not transfer but will otherwise be affected by the transfer; for the Transferee this is any of its existing employees who will be affected by the transfer).
