Transferor or Transferee - Letter confirming Employee Representatives

This letter template confirms the employee representatives and can be used whether or not an election was required, i.e. you can use this letter if you received a sufficient number of nominations or if you received too many nominations and needed to conduct an election.  The relevant text will therefore need to be selected (and the alternative text deleted) depending on whether or not an election was required.
