Sponsor licences are granted for a term of 4 years. You must ensure you are aware of your licence end date so you can renew the licence in good time. Failure to renew the licence before it expires will result in you being removed from the sponsor register, you will not have access to the SMS and sponsored workers will find their leave curtailed (shortened to 60 days).
It is therefore vital that key personnel and HR staff diarise the licence end date and ensure that plans are made to renew well in advance.
