Data Subject Access Requests

1. Introduction 

Data Subjects have a right to request access to their personal data which a data controller holds on them.

2.  The Right

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed, and where that is the case, to have access to the personal data and to particular information about this (detailed below).
