This letter contains information about measures which the transferee envisages it will take in relation to the transferring employees following the transfer.  The transferee is obliged under TUPE to provide this information to the transferor in good time prior to the transfer to enable the transferor to pass this information on to the appropriate representatives of the transferring employees.
