Checklist to follow when responding to a request for a European works council.
As of 31 January 2020, the UK is no longer an EU member state. However, during the transition period ending on 31 December 2020, the rules in this checklist will continue to apply in the UK.
At the end of the transition period (from 1 January 2021), EU rules in relation to European works council will no longer apply to the UK and this checklist will be updated.
