Purpose and Scope
Everyone can be affected by the menopause in some way, by experiencing its symptoms first-hand or supporting those who are. We are committed to supporting all of our staff who are affected by the menopause.
The purpose of this policy is to help raise awareness of the menopause and the impact it can have, to provide details of support available, to encourage open conversations and to give those affected by the menopause the confidence to ask for help should they need it.
This policy applies to all employees. It does not form part of your terms and conditions of employment and it may be amended by the Company at any time.
