Your obligations to the state
An employer has to give their consent before an employee can agree to voluntary mobilization.
In the rare case of compulsory mobilization both the employer and employee have the right to apply for exemption or deferral of service on the basis that the loss of the employee will cause serious harm to the business, and that harm could not be prevented by the granting of financial assistance. This application must be made within seven days of the reservist being served a mobilisation notice. Otherwise, you must allow them to attend to their national duties.
