Letter to all employees with ballot results where this does not support the negotiation of a new agreement

On [date] a number of employees within the organisation wrote to us asking the organisation to enter into negotiations to reach an agreement under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004. As you will recall, I wrote to you on [date] explaining that the organisation considered that there was already an agreement in place that met the requirements of the Regulations and hence was holding a ballot to determine support of the request.
