The Company recognises that working from home may have advantages to the individual, enabling them to better balance their work and personal lives, and that it can also benefit the organisation and improve efficiency. 

Whilst there is no automatic right for employees to work from home, there may be circumstances when the Company is under a legal duty to consider such a request. [See the Company’s Flexible Working Policy.]
