- Is the position exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA)? If so, have you informed applicants of this in advance and that employment will be subject to either a standard or enhanced disclosure of criminal records, which includes any spent convictions?
- Are you registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) (formerly the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)) to enable you to obtain a standard or enhanced disclosure?
