1.  Introduction

1.1 The company is committed to the provision of equal opportunities for all. This Disability Policy sets out its commitment to both potential and actual employees with a disability, and provides a framework to ensure that the company offers a supportive environment for any employee with a disability.  The company also recognises the need to provide such resources as may be necessary to support the employment of people with disabilities, and undertakes to identify resources wherever possible.
