Purpose and scope
The purpose of this Anti-harassment Policy (the “Policy”) is to ensure that all our staff, [clientele][suppliers][and visitors] behave with dignity and respect towards one another and to support the Company’s objective of providing a working environment that is free from all forms of bullying and harassment.
The Policy applies to all staff within the Company including employees, agency workers, temporary workers and contractors.
This Policy covers complaints of harassment committed by staff employed or engaged by the Company and includes complaints regarding the conduct of a third party during the course of employment e.g. a supplier, or customer.
