On 23 June the UK voted to leave the EU following a referendum campaign that put immigration and free movement at the top of the agenda. In this interactive webinar, Clarkslegal’s immigration team think about the potential legal impact of ‘Brexit’ on people from other EU member states currently living and working in the UK, including:
- the future of free movement
- the Brexit process and Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty
- what the legal commentators are saying
- possible outcomes
- applying for permanent residency in the UK as an EU national of another member state
- qualifying for British citizenship
The session is aimed at:- employers who have EU nationals working for them (as they’re likely to be getting questions from the workforce) and EU nationals currently living/working here. It’s not for UK nationals living on the continent.
We hope you can join us on 14th July.
