Time off for training HR policy

This HR policy provides advice to employees of their statutory right to request time off.


Introduction

This Policy is designed to advise employees of their statutory right to request time away from their normal duties to participate in study or training and to ensure that all such requests are managed by the Company in a fair and consistent manner and in accordance with the governing legislation.

This Policy applies to all employees whether they currently work full or part-time. All requests made under this Policy will be given full consideration in a non-discriminatory manner in accordance with the Company`s Equal Opportunities Policy.
