- Have you considered generally whether working conditions would present a risk to the health of any new or expectant mothers or an unborn child?
- Is the work environment clean and safe from dangerous waste products and chemicals?
- Has an employee informed you, in writing, that she is breastfeeding? If so, she will be able to use the ‘risk` protection.
