Sickness absence policy

Policy on the management of sickness absence.

Policy Statement

Sickness absence can be disruptive, costly and cause low morale. It is the policy of the Company to monitor, control and reduce sickness absence, to give appropriate support to employees who experience long-term sickness and/or disability and to minimise disruption in the workplace.

The Company is committed to adopting a consistent and fair approach to the management of sickness absence. This will be achieved by following procedures and taking actions to support employees through periods of ill health.
