We appreciate that some employees may need to take time off work to provide or arrange care for a dependant who has a long-term care need and this policy sets out the position on this time off. 

This policy applies to all employees.  It does not apply to agency workers, consultants or self-employed contractors.

This policy does not form part of any employees’ contract of employment and it may be amended at any time.
