Following the Government’s recent announcement that it will be pressing ahead with plans to force large companies with more than 250 employees to disclose data on the gender pay gap among staff, starting with a consultation process on the proposed regulations, we are holding a roundtable forum to gather the views from senior HR/legal professionals most likely to be affected by these regulations. The consultation process will be looking at the detail of how the new gender pay gap regulations will be designed – including what, where and when information will be published. We will be able to feed in the collective views from the attendees of the roundtable before the close of consultation on 6th September 2015. The roundtable details are below:
Thursday 13th August 2015, 8.30am – 11.00am
Clarkslegal LLP, 12 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 8LH
The event will commence with a succinct presentation on the Government’s proposals with opportunity for discussion and views to be aired by attendees followed by refreshments, which people can use for further discussion and/or networking. Breakfast will be provided at the roundtable and attendees are invited to arrive from 8.30am.
Chatham House Rule will apply to encourage an open dialogue. Any feedback into the consultation process will be on an anonymous basis unless we are given permission to name an organisation.
The Gender Pay Gap Roundtable is now FULL. If you would like to receive material from the event, please email marketing@clarkslegal.com.
