Clarkslegal hosted a webinar on how to make a successful visit visa application with MBL Seminars on Friday 1st May 2020.
This introductory level webinar considered the core principles of a visit visa, currently governed by Appendix V of the Immigration Rules, which amalgamated the visit visa categories in 2015. It will also provide an insight into the common reasons for refusal, how to avoid a refusal and challenging a refusal.
